Tot el recorregut, des del naixement fins a la desembocadura, en ordre del riu. És la llista dels pobles i punts de pas que el Llobregat travessa. Cada poble pot adherir-se com a embaixador, oferir un punt de trobada o aportar el que vulgui. Todo el recorrido, desde el nacimiento hasta la desembocadura, en orden del río. Es la lista de los pueblos y puntos de paso que el Llobregat atraviesa. Cada pueblo puede adherirse como embajador, ofrecer un punto de encuentro o aportar lo que quiera. The whole route, from source to mouth, in river order: the list of towns and passing points crossed by the Llobregat. Every town can join as ambassador, offer a meeting point or contribute as they wish.

Adherir un municipi no és només posar el segell. És fer protagonista el poble del pas del repte. Aquí t'expliquem què és, què t'oferim i què esperem. Adherir un municipio no es solo poner el sello. Es hacer protagonista al pueblo del paso del reto. Aquí te explicamos qué es, qué te ofrecemos y qué esperamos. Joining as a town isn't just stamping the project. It's making the town the protagonist of the challenge's passage. Here we explain what it is, what we offer and what we expect.

Què és Qué es What it is

Un municipi (o nucli) del recorregut que s'adhereix oficialment al repte i acull el pas del corredor com a protagonista del dia. Un municipio (o núcleo) del recorrido que se adhiere oficialmente al reto y acoge el paso del corredor como protagonista del día. A town (or hamlet) on the route that officially joins the challenge and hosts the runner's passage as protagonist of the day.

Cada municipi adherit deixa una empremta simbòlica al repte: una signatura al Llibre Oficial de Solidaritat i unes gotes del Llobregat a l'Ampolla de l'Esperança. Cada municipio adherido deja una huella simbólica en el reto: una firma en el Libro Oficial de Solidaridad y unas gotas del Llobregat en la Botella de la Esperanza. Every joined town leaves a symbolic mark on the challenge: a signature in the Official Solidarity Book and a few drops of the Llobregat in the Bottle of Hope.

A cada punt de trobada municipal, el representant del poble pot signar el llibre que acompanya Cristian durant tot el repte. És la memòria col·lectiva del territori. En cada punto de encuentro municipal, el representante del pueblo puede firmar el libro que acompaña a Cristian durante todo el reto. Es la memoria colectiva del territorio. At each municipal meeting point, the town representative can sign the book that travels with Cristian throughout the challenge. It is the collective memory of the territory.

L'Ampolla de l'Esperança La Botella de la Esperanza The Bottle of Hope

Una ampolla transparent recorre el riu d'inici a final. A cada municipi adherit s'hi afegeixen unes gotes d'aigua del Llobregat: gota a gota, pas a pas, per la cura de la DT1. Una botella transparente recorre el río de inicio a final. En cada municipio adherido se añaden unas gotas de agua del Llobregat: gota a gota, paso a paso, por la cura de la DT1. A transparent bottle travels the river from start to finish. At each joined town, a few drops of Llobregat water are added: drop by drop, step by step, for the T1D cure.
